Improve your next MOR with a Tenant File Audit.
There is no better way to improve your tenant files than having an extra set of eyes take a look to see where improvements can be made and to make sure you are in compliance with HUD regulations. Don't wait until the last minute. In order to do a thorough audit to point out deficiencies and make corrections, it takes time no matter what size property you have.
How do your files look? Are they organized into sections that will make it easy on your MOR inspector?
If your files are organized, it will set the "mood" for your MOR Inspector. There is nothing worse than trying to Audit a file when you have to search in order to find what you are looking for. This adds time and frustration to your Management/ Owner, Occupancy Review.
I have spent many hours helping to make the job easier, not only for myself but for my whole Management Team. I have been able to help properties go from up to 4 consecutive years of failing MOR's to successfully passing by organizing and correcting their files.
